Booking & Cancellation Policy To protect our schedule and ensure availability for all our valued clients, all appointments require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking. Rescheduling: You may transfer your deposit to a new date up to 48 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations (Under 48 Hours): Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your session are completely non-refundable, and the remaining 75% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
